Return & Refund Policy Each candle is hand-poured with care and adorned with real orange sprinkles crafted to brighten your space and your spirit. Because of its artisanal nature, we treat every order like a small batch of trust.

• Returns: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your candle shows up cracked, leaking, or missing its floral magic, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description.

• Refunds: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. We don’t offer refunds for scent preferences, burn variations, or changes of heart but we’re always happy to troubleshoot or offer a replacement if needed.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered if the item was damaged in transit or incorrect. Otherwise, it’s the buyer’s responsibility.

• Domestic Shipping: We ship with tracking included. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
