Whether you're navigating a tough conversation, working through a creative block, or simply need a little more time to breathe and be, this session meets you where you are.
30-minute Session	$50	For when you need a focused reset, a quick check-in, or a moment to breathe between the noise. This add-on offers a condensed, high-impact therapeutic space tailored to your current needs—whether it's grounding after a tough week, navigating a specific challenge, or simply reconnecting with your inner clarity.

* Upfront & Clear: All subscriptions are billed at the time of sign-up. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.

* Insurance Transparency: If you plan to submit a Superbill for reimbursement, please notify your counselor in advance so we can provide a breakdown that meets insurance requirements.

* Monthly Plan Flexibility: Missed sessions can be rescheduled anytime within the same subscription month or skipped entirely. Skipped sessions are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next month.

* Cancel Anytime: You’re free to cancel your subscription at any point. If you do, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of that month or year.

* Compassionate Pause & Sliding Scale: Subscriptions can be paused during periods of hardship. Sliding scale adjustments are available with proof of income and financial need, because healing should never hinge on privilege.
